Altro manufacture products that qualify for credits or accreditations in international green building schemes.

• FloorScore is the most recognized indoor air quality (IAQ) certification standard for hard surface flooring materials, adhesives, and underlayments
• We are able to help projects achieve credits in LEED® categories of Material & Resources and Indoor Environmental Quality. Whether you are using LEED v4 or LEED 2009, Altro products contribute to both rating systems
• Seal M1 indicates the lowest emission class of the voluntary Finnish emission classification of building materials
• Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) generic for all floor products , working towards individual floor and walls declarations in 2019 - contribute to BREEAM and LEED V4 points
• Health Product Declarations (HPDs) in North America - these provide a full disclosure of the potential chemicals of concern in products by comparing product ingredients to a set of priority “hazard” lists based on the GreenScreen for Safer Chemicals and additional lists from other government agencies
• Altro Germany member of DGNB helping Altro and our customers achieve greater sustainability in the building and property industry
• Swedish Building Product Declarations (BPD) is a common Swedish form for reporting environmental information on construction products enabling our customers to make more conscious product choices, which in turn leads to a better climate, both indoors and outdoors
